This Week
Over the two hours of this week’s show I’ll begin a review of the best of 2023 which will continue next week. It is totally subjective. It is certainly idiosyncratic, but it is all mine. Since completing the list I have seen others and I’ve noted that there are albums I have missed this year, and others that I have not paid enough attention to. For that I apologise, but I have all of 2024 to catch up.
This week, the list is made up of albums I’ve played most, artists I’ve seen perform, and musicians I have met. Some stretch back to late 2022, but most are from 2023.
Next week I’ll include my top three albums of the year.
